Open Position: Sales Team Lead (Bathroom)

Job Description:

The average sales rep at Potomac earns approximately $120,000 in their first year, however, top reps earn well above $200k. At Potomac Custom Remodeling all of your leads are booked and scheduled for you. There are no cold-calling or door-to-door requirements here. We offer flexible scheduling and highly encourage a good work/life balance.

This is a flex-remote position. You are only required to attend a weekly staff meeting at our home office in Crofton, MD. Leads are dispatched to you daily and you visit clients located within a 60 miles radius of your home. Our reps typically visit 1-2 clients per day and are typically seeing clients no more than 45 minutes away from their homes.

Responsibilities

• Inspect Client Bathrooms and wet spaces and note issues and problems.
• Present solutions to fix specific problems.
• Present affordable solutions to fix specific problems.
• Assist clients through the remodeling design process.
• Execute digital contracts with clients once selections are made.
• Act as representative on behalf of PCR Bathrooms and BCI as brand ambassadors.
• Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue.
• Maintain an active list of key accounts to ensure continuous
  relationship development.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle.
