Job Description:

We seek enthusiastic and principled professionals to represent our company as Roofing Sales Representatives. Your role as a Roofing Sales Representative will be integral in introducing our services/products in-person to prospective customers in the Culpeper, VA vicinity. You will serve as the voice and visage of our enterprise, introducing our offerings and building strong relations with future patrons.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customers in the assigned areas. Introduce and demonstrate our roofing products in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Explain the features, advantages, and value of our products.
• Communicate our brand message and value proposition effectively to generate interest and enthusiasm.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, understanding their needs and addressing their issues.
• Reach or exceed sales goals and targets.
• Record and report customer feedback, market trends, and potential competitor activity.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required; we offer comprehensive training for the right candidate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for our products/services.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
